Jason has over 20 years of experience in Chicago real estate, with more than 1,100 closed transactions and over half a billion dollars sold. As Senior Vice President of Sales at Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, Jason consistently ranks among the top agents in the firm. Jason’s reputation as a market expert comes from not just his stats but also his deep knowledge of all facets of the home buying and selling process. Jason has gained invaluable market expertise from working in Chicago’s most dynamic neighborhoods with top partners and peers. Jason is particularly well known for working with developers to sell new construction homes, though he also has a track record of helping buyers with their first single family home purchase… and then working with the same family on a resale when life takes them elsewhere. He uses a chess player’s and mathematician’s strategic mindset to close deals that make all parties happy. Outside of work, Jason’s passions include live music — he has played in several Chicago bands over the years and makes an annual trip to the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Fest — volunteering, and exploring the city’s parks and breakfast spots with his two kids.
