No matter how you feel about this past year, I have some good news to share with you from my small corner of the world: I’m honored to have helped 50 families find new homes in the Chicagoland area in 2016.

Thanks to the hard work and talent of my team and partners (special thanks to MK Construction), our Chicagoland neighbors are now enjoying these beautiful spaces. Maybe some still have a holiday wreath on the front door. Perhaps others are hosting a New Year’s Eve party this weekend—I’d guess at least a few of the wine fridges are getting some use. And I’d like to hope that, at least in some way, these folks’ years have been a little bit brighter knowing that the rooms and yards and front porches pictured above are theirs to call home. It’s why I love my job, and why I look forward to continuing to help more people find a piece of Chicago to call theirs in 2017.
